拉斯維加斯2025年9月26日 /美通社/ — 今晚，美食界領袖齊聚 Wynn Las Vegas，共同見證由 S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna 贊助的 North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 首屆排行榜揭曉儀式，其中 Atomix 餐廳榮膺 The Best Restaurant in North America 殊榮。頒獎典禮表彰了北美 20 座城市的烹飪人才，其中加勒比地區有 2 間餐廳獲獎，加拿大有 11 間，美國則有 37 間。
Atomix in New York City is named The Best Restaurant in North America at North America’s 50 Best Restaurants awards 2025, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, held in Las Vegas on September 25th.
在 The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 排行榜中位列 No.12 的 Atomix，由 Ellia 與 Junghyun ‘JP’ Park 共同創立，以其精緻的 12 道菜品嚐菜單及植根於韓國傳統的沉浸式敘事而備受讚譽。Park 的標誌性理念——以待客之道、謙遜態度與精湛技藝為核心——持續提升韓式料理在北美乃至全球的地位。排名緊隨其後的是蒙特婁的 Mon Lapin (No.2) 與安大略省的 Pearl Morissette (No.3)。
